    Hi

The following links are slices through a RAW image that has never been opened in ACDSee before.

This is in View mode, having selected the image in image manger
    https://www.screencast.com/t/Njbt2v8wUJ

The same image in Develop mode:
    https://www.screencast.com/t/1lHhvWGZdd

The same image in Edit mode.
    https://www.screencast.com/t/PYDq8cFJ

In each instance, the jpg opens to appear the same as it does in View mode. Only the Raw file changes.

Why is this happening? And ow do I syop it? (I've set the Develop and Edit controls to default, and there is no 'origial image' to return to in Image Viewer.

    Thanks.

    Hi Antelop,.

We would like to have the sample RAW file to look into this.

So please submit a support ticket to us with a link to download the original RAW file. Here is the link to our support email form:
    https://www.acdsystems.com/en/support/form

In my reply, I can also provide our FTP details to upload the file to us if needed.

    Thanks
    James

The reddish moon in develop mode could be just a highlight warning. Press the E button to proof. Look for "Adjust Lighting" in help file.

Yes but it's more than that. The whole image initially opens as it is... same as the jpg, but after about a second, the whole image darkens as though universal edits were being applied.

              Hi David,

The link you posted does not let me download the file. I was able to download the file "Imgur Album Kitching issue image.zip", but there is no any file inside.

I've got your support ticket and will reply to that email with the instruction to upload that original RAW file to us directly.

              Thanks
