  • SPAM from ACDSee 365

I'd like to know if other ACDSee customers have been getting the same amount of SPAM from ACDSee regarding ACDSee 365.

I recently bought ACDSee 19 and was given a trial period with ACDSee 365, which I did not want and did not use. I set up my account details to NOT receive marketing emails from ACDSee, yet I have been bombarded with messaged telling me my ACDSee 365 subscription was "due to expire", "about to expire" or "expired". So far ACDSee has told me at least THREE times that my subscription has expired. Each time I've requested an unsubscribe, and I've also contacted customer services to complain.

Today I had yet another message telling me it had expired. I'm considering notifying ACDSee's email provider about their spam. Anyone else had this experience?

I don't think that many people actually use ACDSee 365.
