  • Sign-in on 365; Username and passwrd fields not accepting input

    I entered a support request to ACDSee... in the meantime, I thought I would ask this forum if you've seen (and fixed?) this issue.

    Some detail
    If I select "Sign Up": All is well and the fields allow me to enter information as expected.
    If I select "Sign In": I am presented the username and password fields, but I am not allowed to type anything into the fields... Thus, I am not able to sign in.

    Any thoughts?

    Still doesn't work in v9 for me. I updated to v10.
    Same Issue.

    Here is the work around... Go to the SeeDrive Tab.. sign in from there... everything works.

    I'll be waiting for my kick back from tech supprt.

      By the way... the default response from tech support (Reinstall the software) doesn't work.
