  • View Mode - 4 at a time?

    Simple question does anyone know if it's possible in view mode to view four images at a time - it would make culling from a shoot so much easier.

    You can increase the size of the thumbnails in manage mode to max (either through CTRL+Mousewheel or the bottom +/- Zoom Slider) and then maximize filelist (ctrl+shift+f). This way you prolly have more than 4 (in my case with 400x300 thumbs, 6 images on the screen)

    Otherwise, only "Compare image" mode (CTRL+ALT+R) comes to my mind.

      Select up to four images and press CTRL-ALT-R

      Or if you prefer bigger thumbnails in manage mode you may want to import this reg keys:
      Code:
      Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

      [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ACD Systems\ACDSee Pro\110]
      "maxDisplayThumbSize"=dword:00000800

      [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ACD Systems\ACDSee Ultimate\110]
      "maxDisplayThumbSize"=dword:00000800
      Be aware that this increases the size of your database.

        I use Manange Mode and the CTRL+Mousewheel mentioned by Janto. I also turn off the left and right menu panels using those handy little buttons in the upper right hand corner of the interface (near the x). This can result in up to 36 images per row!

          Excellent! But I had to do it manually.

            Jeez. There is a slider at the bottom right that changes thumbnail size...no need to edit the registry

              compare image mode might work but not really ideal.

              Bigger thumbnails wont work for me as I'll want to quickly zoom in and out of an image too, which would mean switching out of manage mode.

                The key doesn't just drag the slider. Instead it increases maximum value the slider can be dragged to.
