  • Coping "Options" from one computer to another?

Hi all. I just purchased ACDSee Photo Studio Ultimate 2018 for use on two computers. I have it all set up the way I want on one. Is there some way to "copy" these settings to the other computer?
If it makes any difference, one is a Win 7 machine, and the other Win 10.

Hi Artiedex - Sorry, but there isn't a formal ACDSee solution for the chore of "cloning" an installation on to another PC. That said, these setting are really pretty easy to replicate except for Develop Mode presets. Your presets are stored in the Registry. However, once you know their location, you can easily use Regedit.exe to Export and then Import these settings to another PC. The Registry location of the presets is:

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ACD Systems\EditLib\Version 1.0\Develop]

Good luck. And post back if you need any more help.

For me, the export presets are more important. So here's a link to an incomplete list of registry keys you may want to copy: http://forum.acdsee.com/forum/main/g...8305#post38305

I used this for ACDSee10 Ultimate and it worked great (one windows 8.1 machine, the other windows 10)
