  • I don't even know what I did!

    This is embarrassing . . . I've lost all my thumbnails! All I get are the generic file icons, and for the life of me, I can't figure out how to get them back! I think it happened when I was finishing a video screen capture and sending it to my video editor. I've tried everything I can think of, including uninstalling and reinstalling Ultimate 10.

    Can you guys help? This has fried my brain!

    Looks like you might have pressed F10. Try pressing F8 and see if your thumbnails return to normal.

      Jeeze! That worked! Thanks Bill! I was convinced it was some newly discovered incompatibility between ACDSee and Camtasia.

        I think that F10 is the 'stop recording' button on Visual Studio 2. So, it's easy to see how this sort of thing can happen, even to the very experienced user.
