Using ACDSee Photo Studio Pro 2018, not having the license for 2019 – but probably within the next 30 days = within the trial period. Therefore: it would be possible to install the trial now, working as usual with it and my files and can register it when I bekome the new key/the license? Not having any limitations or similar "during and afterwards"?
Just a hint: I got the key for 2019 as replacement for 2018 – installed the version offered under https://www.acdsee.com/en/index »free trial« and thought, the installer would recognize my system language or similar. In short: now I have the English and not the German version installed
I cannot find your ACDSee Program registration information with the email address that you signed up for this forum.I will send you a direct message from our support system, so you can provide me with the registered email address for your acdID account, and I can then look into your account to understand the update issue.
By the way, the latest version for ACDSee Pro 2019 German is build 12.1.0.1197, and you can find the download link in this support page under the "Available downloads"

I have ACDSee Ultimate 2020 Version 13. If I upgrade to the Pro version ...... Will my database from Ultimate 2020 work or will I need to go through a long, convoluted process to change the database to the new version? The reason I ask is that going from the 2019 version to Ultimate 2020 was a nightmare with the database changes.
Now that 2021 is out, maybe it's time to retire or update this "sticky" post that is now 2 versions out of date?
Actually now 2022 has been released make that 3 versions out of date. If there is a moderator, then perhaps they could at least "un-stick" it so it gets relegated to a period that is relevant.
