    Well, try a different version. Older versions still are available here and may be installed for testing. You also may want to contact the support. I vaguely remember such problems were addressed several years ago.

    Well that doesn't help me out much that it works for you The same thing happened on Win 8.1 and XP and I'm on Win 10 now.

    hi, please can somebody tell me what can I do to make ACDSee open files with non latin characers. That's very annoying.
