bug when using ACDSee Pro and my windows taskbar is not in the bottom

Anyone else have the issue which as affected ACDSee Pro products since at least Pro 8 where when switching modes it moves your maximized window to the right. It believe it is due to my taskbar being on the left side of my ultrawide screen. I cannot figure out what exactly triggers it but it keeps happening and I upgraded form Pro 2018 expecting ACDSee would fix this bug after several years.

See attached example with arrows pointing to where the app window shifts showing part of my desktop. How do I fix this aside from moving my taskbar?
