Meanwhile DJI provided updates for the drone firmware. RAW files taken now can be processed by ACDSee Photo Studio 2021/2022 successfully.

    Hello,

I have logged an internal request to add support for this raw file. Thanks for the sample file, that helps.

    Sincerely,

The preview image is shortly shown and then the editor window becomes black. I am working on Windows 11 on an AMD Ryzen 7 system. Here is an example DNG: https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...kRTc1zKpznOkXX
I have tried to convert the DNG using Adobe DNG Converter, did not help. The 12 MPix files work fine though.
Has anybody tried or facing the same problem? Is this a problem of Photo Studio?
It seems even Ultimate 2022 currently doesn't yet support decoding the DNG format for the 48 bit color 8064 x 6048px images from the DJI Mini 3 Pro's FC3582 camera. The image you provided the link to is 93.2MB, (279.1MB uncompressed)

What you see briefly is the low res embedded preview, followed by the black screen when the decode of the full size image fails.

For what it is worth, the latest versions of both Topaz Denoise AI, and Sharpen AI can decode these images and output 48bit DNG images that ACDSee 2022 can decode however these DNG images are not compressed, so are 279.1MP on disk files.

The latest version of Affinity Photo can also decode the FC3582 48 bit color images in its RAW persona, and can export the developed images in a variety of formats including JPG and TIFF that ACDSee 2022 can view, but not DNG.

Have a look here to see if your camera's RAW files are supported yet (there's a download link to the list): https://www.acdsee.com/en/support/raw-updates/
