Video Conveter Hangs when I enter Licence Key - It does not work!

I just bought the ACDSee 2021 home pack and the video converter came with it,
When I try to install it it hangs after I enter the license key. (see the image).
It does not work. It is useless junk!

System has a ryzen 9 16 core cpu with 64GB of ram. It has a 2TB very fast M4 drive and 70TB of overall disk space. It runs Windows 10 with all updates installed,

Sorry to learn that you could not register the Video convertor Pro from the home pack.

I received your support ticket and I just replied to you. As we cannot reproduce the problem, I suggested that you can try to uninstall and reinstall the program, run the program as admin and then try to register the program again.
