Not impressed with my first time using this application :(

I just purchased ACDSee Video Conterter Pro 5 (5.0.0.799) and my first attempt at it failed.

I was just trying to reduce the size of a Spanish lesson video course. Original video details:
Frame width: 1280
Frame height: 720
Total bitrate: 800kbps
Frame rate: 29.97 frames/second
Video tracks: HEVC (H265 Main @L3.1)
In a mkv package.

I don't believe Video convertor pro currently supports the H265 HEVC format. It certainly isn't listed in the supported input formats.
