  • ACDSee 365 resizes images to 1024px on the long side

I've been using ACDSee for the past month and got ACDSee 365 subscription to play with the online storage.

While there are a few items that make it cumbersome to use (e.g. there is no image sorting by date taken, images are way too low on mobile), the worst offender is the resolution of the images when presented via the web. Regardless of how high I make the resolution on upload, the _x images delivered from S3 are just 1024px on the long side even in fullscreen mode.

Here's how big that is on a 1440p monitor:

Is there a way to display higher resolution images?

+1 - valid complaint. IMO, if an image was uploaded at full resolution, the ACD365 full screen display should show full screen.
