  • Sync fails from Ultimate to 365

    Hello,
    I recently subscribed to the Home Plan. Subsequently I tried several times over several days to sync folders from my HD to 365 from within Ultimate. Either the sync hung up for hours or failed completely. I have been unable to figure the problem out and to fix it. I would appreciate any advice that you can offer. Thank you!

    Hi DavidJ01,

    I cannot reproduce the issue, uploading the files by web sync or direct file uploading worked as expected. Can you try this again? Perhaps start with direct upload of a few hundred images.
