365 Transfer Manager hangs and crashes

Hello,
I have been trying for days to upload several folders from my laptop to acdsee 365 using the Ultimate Transfer Manager interface. The upload never finishes. Instead it first hangs the app up and then crashes it. I can find no way to stop this uploading and remove these folders. Instead the acdsee app keeps trying to upload the files even when I click on cancel in the Transfer Manager. How can I stop this bizarre behavior, delete those folders, and start all over again. Thank you!

Sorry to learn the issue persists, so far I have not been able to reproduced the issue.

I just replied to your support email and follow up with a meeting request to run remote diagnose of the issue.
