Hi Dave,
Is this not a similar question to the one you raised back on July 15 ?
I notice aside from my suggestion at the time to raise the issue with Customer Support, no one else volunteered any suggestions in the forum thread..

Again I don't know of any way to do what you want within the ACDSee 365 functionality, so again all I can suggest is for you to raise a support request via https://www.acdsee.com/en/support/form/
Out of interest, did you do that with your last query, and if so what was the response?.
