Can't open .DNG file for DJI Mavic 3 in develop mode?

With Mac version of ACDSee Photo Studio 8, I can view .DNG file for DJI Mavic 3, but I can't open it in develop mode. Whenever I tried that it shows a black screen.

One of my friend is using Windows version of ACDSee Photo Studio, and he has no problem opening .DNG file for DJI Mavic 3 in develop mode.

Is this a feature missing, or a bug in Mac version?

RAW decode support in ACDSee Mac is provided by macOS itself. I can't reproduce the issue on macOS 11 or above, however I can on macOS 10.15. On macOS 10.15, I see the same issue in the macOS Preview.app. One potential solution is to update your macOS version if possible.
