Rating Images

Is there anyway to speed this up by removing the need to press "ctrl+0-5" to just pressing the number so I can just have one hand over the number pad and another on the arrow keys?

Some keys seem to have different functions under different tabs. Something that works in manage mode may not be the same in photo mode for example

strangely though the keys don't do the things they are supposedly already assigned to.

Tools > Customize Shortcuts > Category: Manage > Commands: Rating 1 (2,3, 4,5,)

It seems you can reset the shortcut keys... the only problem is 1-2-3-4-5 are already assigned for other features... Presumably, reassigning them would remove their previous assignments.
