Can you please get some deep dive videos with Alec? I have tried multiple times to watch the old workshop videos and they are just too painful. 10 minutes in and I still hadn't seen anything, but interrupting every 10 seconds to answer a question irrelevant to the course. Adam is very knowledgeable but he is NOT a presenter. He is like, you know, sort of, like, not.

Thank you and looking forward to checking out 2020

I also am enjoying Alec's videos & learning lots that I didn't know. Please keep them coming. I am sure ACDSee's products will sell more if people know the capabilities of ACDSee's software.

Maybe we should post Tutorials on the things that do not work right and show it crashing. I would love to be able to finish at least one job in it with our problems.

                Stand by for some criticism...

Will somebody please tell Alec Watson that we want to see the screen! It is ridiculous the way he points out something on screen, and then cuts away to to himself gesticulating and explaining the point. A quick view of the screen, followed by more Alec waving his arms around. I love his animation and obvious interest, but I want to follow the explanations on the screen. Please!

Also Sarah!. Her voice is just too boring; I'm sorry, but she sounds as if the last thing she wants to do is present videos. I usually just give up before I fall asleep.

The ideas of videos is fantastic, but they MUST be professionally presented.

                Rant over.

                  Hello StepHock,

Nothing wrong with ranting once in a while, and thank you for keeping the rant friendly. I'll pass on the feedback to the video team.

                  Regards,
                  Mark

                    Hello EddieM,

Have you contacted ACD Technical Support? Note they are also available by phone Mon to Fri and willing to follow up and do a TeamViewer session with you to dig into your specific problem.

I would be happy to arrange a session with TS. Please ping me here if needed.

                    Regards,
                    Mark

Is there a workshop yet on Landscapes?
I have hundreds of raw, flat Landscapes and I want to make them pop and come to life, but have no idea where to start.

If you have Ultimate 2021 you could try Develop, right hand pane Develop Presets->Landscape->Pop.
You will see what settings that has used on the left hand side column and perhaps fine tune them to suit your own taste.

Danke Barbara
