Reverse Geocode All Pictures Where City Is Not Set

I have a lot of pictures with GPS coordinates and I want to add the corresponding addresses to the IPTC information. However, this should only happen to images where I haven't already manually set the address. Is there a way for ACDsee going through all the images in my database and set the city/state/country based on the GPS coordinates. Again, this should only happen for images where that data hasn't already been set. Ideally, I could also update the label color at the same time (it's part of my workflow).
