How to make notes about an image.

I use keywords and categories, however sometimes I want to make notes about what is going on in a photo.
It doesn't need to be searchable. And it doesn't need to be embedded, is there an option to do that, and how do i find it.

Properties->Metadata Tab ->ACDSee Metadata -> Notes field.
