    Hello,

    I used U2022 in test mode with a dummy user email address for one month.

    I then bought a license and gave license number, it works but user ID remains dummy email address and I could not find a way to change it to the real one (with wich I bought the license).

    I would like NOT to have to reinstall eveything from scratch.

    Thanks for your ideas !

    If you have activated your software installed at the beginning under a fictitious email address, it seems normal to me that it is this address that appears.
    I am certainly not the best specialist on this forum, but I think that you will not escape a reinstallation.
    Be patient, you will certainly receive other notices.

      Thanks, reinstalling is not the problem, but reset settings (options, export formulas, ...) yes

        I'd say, contact customer support to make the change if you can't. I assume that you went onto ACDSee web site and logged into your account.

          I'd say, contact customer support to make the change. I assume that you went onto ACDSee web site and logged into your account where there are several ways by which to contact them. I'd start by using the Chat Room at the lower right corner if it were me, and ask to change my account eMail, everything else you can do yourself.
