  • Z9 file support

    Hello!

The latest update indicated support for the Nikon Z9 camera. Great! I installed and now I can see my files. However, when I go to edit or develop them I get a screen full of stuff that isn't my picture.

I've posted the view and the develop screens.

Nikon has three RAW "formats" for the Z9. Lossless Compression, High Efficiency *, and High Efficiency. My photo is in High Efficiency *. I use this because the images are as high quality as the lossless compression but at about 60% (or a bit less) of their size.

So is the support for the Z9 full or partial?

    thanks,
    Jeff

If they fix all the glitches it's not AC any more.

                Hi All,

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Unfortunately, we do not support either High Efficiency shooting modes for Nikon Z9 Raw at this time. We will update ACDSee RAW support page accordingly.

                Regards
                James

I am hoping there are plans for future support.
