    Hello Tristan H,

Do you know when Ultimate 2023 will be released in other languages (in French, for example...)?

    Thank you.

In German, according to support, unfortunately only in mid-October...

Thanks Wolfgang, it will certainly be at the same time for all languages other than English.

          Hi Framon,

We do indeed plan to release German and French language versions on the same day. Unfortunately I can't say anything specific about their release date at the moment.

          Thanks,
          Tristan H.

            Thank you Tristan.
We'll wait a bit. For the moment, I am practicing with the English trial version.

I have been using ACDSee since at least version 6, I purchased the Ultimate 2023 upgrade tonight and was shocked to discover that it no longer supports JPEG2000 (.JP2) files. I just assumed that .JP2 files would continue to be supported like each and every one of the versions of ACDSee that I have purchased over the last ten years, I haven't missed an upgrade yet and it's simply never been an issue. I have tens of thousands of images in the .JP2 format that I have processed and saved with ACDSee over the years. Did you officially drop support for this format? (In the meantime, I figured out a workaround that involved copying three files from Ultimate 2022...)

ID:	62202I have download the new version to try. I think i will keep the old one (2022) this time. After many updates in the past years, the Batch page is stil not good for me. The watermark is to small in the screen, and over the image comes a text popup (RGB normal) so buttons does not work simple. It would be nice to see this in a better way. There are some free programs that do a better job. So no improvement for a long time now about this. Hope you do something about it.
