How would that be a problem? Should I add the ACDSee program to the list of exclusions in Malwarebytes and Webroot Secure Anywhere??

Since I did a clean install, the ACDSee 2023 program seems to be working, i.e opening to my Images folder and actually displaying my images. So far so good. Thanks for all the help!
