Playback of video from iOS Live Photos

Hi,
I am having difficulty playing back the videos that I have copied from my iPhone. These videos are part of Live Photos taken with iPhone.
Anyone having the same problem?

I am sorry you are having trouble with iPhone live photos in ACDSee Software. I would like to ask a few questions to be able to investigate the issue.
1. Which version and year of ACDSee software are you using?
2. Your iPhone model name and iOS version?
3. Did you capture the live photo in High-Efficiency mode or Compatible mode? This setting can be found in camera settings.
4. What Windows operating system is your PC currently using?
