"Can't write to output file".

I'm using Photo Studio 20, Ver 20.4, Build 630

I was doing some photo editing and now I get the message "Can't write to output file". It probably has something to do with Win 10, but I expected an ACDsee up date would have taken care of that.

Any ideas?

Hi Chuckiechan,

Please check if this file is read-only or the folder in which you want to save this file might be also read-only. Try to save the image to a different folder, e.g desktop, to verify if the file can then be saved correctly.

To help us further understand and identify the problem, please open the same file in a different program, e.g. Windows Paint and then save the file to the same folder location and let me know if the file then can be saved without such message.
