  • Wrong "by filename" sorting order?

    Hello,
I am really puzzled with ACDSee Photo Studio sorting functionality.

    Say, I have a file "5 - IMG_9335.JPG" and a file "5 - IMG_20140513_193357.jpg".
The former file appears before the latter in ACDSee, but I can't understand why. Windows Explorer thinks that "2014" should go before "9335", and so do I, but apparently ACDSee thinks differently. What's the logic behind this sorting and can I force the same order as in Explorer?

Afaik AC intensively uses the windows explorer. If so, this might be related to the NoStrCmpLogical setting.

Oh, I will double check (thank you), but in my case the weird thing is that Windows Explorer and ACDSee sort them differently!

UPD. Changed this setting, but no effect... really puzzling:
