When will we see Nikon Z8 Raw files in Acdsee home?

You could try raising a support request at https://www.acdsee.com/en/support/form/

In the meantime Nikon Z8 RAW images can be converted using the free Adobe DNG converter to DNG images that can then be handled by ACDSee 2023. You will need version 15.4 of DNG converter (current version at time of writing).
