    Hi!
    ACDSee Photo Studio Ultimate 2018 v. 11.2 (Build 1309)
    Every 2 or 3 days shows the message "your license has been used too often" offering options to buy software or enter the license key. My license key is already filled in the form for registering so all I have to do is press the button. After that key is validated and I can work as usual for 2-3 more days. Situation is just the same as here: https://forum.acdsee.com/forum/main/...tration-number
    Could anything be done to fix this?

    Hi AK124,

    According to your acdID account, that Ultimate 2018 license code is overused. It is a one-seat license code to be registered for one installation.

    I will send you a support ticket to verify your account and ordering information. After that, I can provide you with replacement of ACDSee Ultimate 2018 code if needed.

      I recently reinstalled ACDSee Photo Studio Ultimate 2020. Since then I always get a popup message "your license has been used too often." I have to click "continue" to start the program. How can I eliminate this annoying feature?

        Hi MarkG,

        From that warning message, it appears that you may have registered the single seat license on more than one computer.

        I suggest that you log into the acdID at https://acdid.acdsee.com/login and then go to My App. Under your ACDSee product, please click Activated machines. Next, you can deactivate the machine. Once this is completed, please restart your ACDSee Ultimate 2020 program and complete the registration process.
