I am using Photostudio Professional 2018. I recently noticed some things were not working correctly so went into Tools|Options|Reset to Defaults. And presto, every category I had created and of course all the tagging I had done were gone. Very annoying. My labels are there, my notes are there, my captions are there, my ratings are there....but no categories! Why?
