Luxea sign in AcdID problem :-( can't produce and share

  • Luxea sign in AcdID problem :-( can't produce and share

    getting error " A network error occurred while processing the operation. try again later" - while trying to produce and share and entering my AcdID and password.

    tried several times, tried to turn of all firewall and anti virus, tried to install again and on other computers.

    same problem and can't get into "produce and share"

    Advice anyone?

    here what I did:


    downloaded the trial version.

    worked on my video for my class several hours.

    clicked on "produce and share"

    clicked on "free plan" since that I want to check the production options and quality before purchasing.

    entered my AcdID - email and password ( lower and upper case...)

    clicked next - and than an error message popped up every time - A network error occurred while processing the operation. try again later"

    very frustrating since I need to submit the vide in the next days :-(

    I'm sorry to hear that you have been experiencing this issue. I just tried signing into Luxea myself and didn't have any trouble. If you are still having trouble signing in to Luxea, I recommend that you contact Customer Care here: https://www.acdsee.com/en/support/form/

      Thank you Tristan, already contacted customer support, which transferred me to technical support...which advice me to turn off firewall and antivirus. tried and no luck. contacted them again 5 days ago....no answer till today :-(

      I installed luxea on an old computer of mine with WIN 10 - and the ACDID sign in worked!!! BUT.....its a very slowww computer and takes hour to process the produce and share from LUXEA and want it to work on the faster computer.

        Hi oceans68. Did you solve your Luxea login issue? This has cropped up for me too. Didn't have this issue a few months ago.

          FYI - I had this same error trying to activate ACDSee Ultimate 2022.

          While waiting for Tech Support to respond - I continued experimenting and found a way into the software by 'Editing' a picture - while it still wanted to activate - it would leave me in the software when I gave up.

          Once in the software I tried using the menu options - still no luck - but then I found a option to sign into ACDSee (apparently this option is only visible if the software isn't activated). When I tried that - I got a different message: Invalid Password

          Well - I know the password is right because I use a PW Manager and I could log into the Web Site...

          When I looked at the password - I realized I had auto-generated it from the PW Manager because it was: 3;3g^c4"}=;9DQCAc7Rv

          Well - seeing that I came up with a theory. First - I confirmed that if I purposefully use a bad password - it gives me a 'Invalid eMail or Password' message. So I knew that it was somehow knowing that the password I was using was correct.

          So I went and changed the password on the ACDSee Site to a much less complex password. (Letters/Numbers and just a - for a symbol).

          Lo and Behold - the software would now activate

          I suspect that their Software Activation process doesn't handle one or more of the characters I had in the password properly - but it interprets it as a 'Network Error'

          Hopefully this helps others out. I've provided the feedback to ACDSystems in the hopes that they will also fix the problem long term in the software...
