I use ACDSee Photo Studio Home and have been working with the built in slideshow features. The features are pretty good but there are a few features missing IMHO. You can't name and save the slideshows. You also can't attach specific WAV/audio files to a specific slideshow. You can embed audio in a JPG but it will stop playing when the slide advances. You can also select a folder for audio but you can't associate specific files to specific slideshows. And you can save slideshows with names as an EXE, SCR or SWF which I guess is my plan B.
So I started looking at popular slideshow software and looked at Icecream, Ashampoo, NCH, Magix and Movavi and none of these will allow EXIF properties, like Description, to be displayed in the slideshow. Score one for ACDSee.
Does anyone know of slideshow software that will access EXIF properties for display? Or is there a better technique using Photo Studio that I'm missing?
Thanks!
